Rescued after he was thrown out of a car in Waianae, spunky and sweet little Toby is ready for a Forever Home!

Quickly getting the hang of being part of a family, Toby has just about mastered house-training, and gets along with other dogs. We just know he would bring so much joy to a Forever Family. Just look at this face?
